Corporate Transactional Attorney

Job Summary

Serving as a Corporate Transactional Attorney, the full-time remote position will provide legal and commercial counsel across multiple business lines, support senior management teams, and act as a subject matter expert in corporate and transactional matters.

Key responsibilities

• Act autonomously as the main point of contact for legal concerns, identifying and assessing risks for specific departments and enterprise-wide
• Provide strategic legal advice to stakeholders, including the Global Executive Team, and lead large initiatives impacting the business both domestically and internationally
• Monitor and analyze changes in laws and regulations, proactively advising stakeholders while managing outside counsel for cost-effective legal guidance

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree and a current State Bar License to practice law
• 10+ years of legal experience in-house or at a law firm specializing in healthcare and/or Corporate/Transactions, including M&A
• Proven success in Corporate and Transactional practice areas with experience supporting executive leadership
• Demonstrated ability to participate in high-level company-wide planning and strategy efforts
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
