Job Summary

To support a pioneering technology company, the temporary Corporate Travel Administrator will manage and optimize travel, expense, and commuter programs while serving as a key point of contact for employees and leadership regarding travel-related inquiries in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and continuously improve the company's travel, expense, and commuter programs
  • Serve as a primary contact for travel policies, reservations, and expense processes
  • Analyze travel reporting and spend data to identify savings opportunities and support vendor discussions
Required qualifications
  • 8-10 years of experience in administering a corporate travel program
  • Experience with T&E platforms, preferably Navan/TripActions
  • Strong understanding of online booking tools and travel policy administration
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
  • Collaborative working style with the ability to partner across functions
