Corporate Travel Agent

Job Summary

To support corporate clients, the remote Corporate Travel Agent will advise and arrange travel for business customers, ensuring compliance with travel policies while working a scheduled shift from 11:30am to 8pm EST.

Key responsibilities

• Advise and arrange domestic and international travel for corporate clients, including air, car, rail, and hotel accommodations
• Conduct analysis and research on travel options, anticipating traveler needs to sell additional services
• Ensure compliance with clients' travel policies and regulatory requirements while providing exceptional customer service

Required qualifications

• Native expertise in Sabre Global Distribution Systems (GDS)
• Three to five years of experience in corporate entertainment travel preferred
• Strong understanding of the travel industry, particularly in business and entertainment travel
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to resolve customer issues quickly and independently
