Corporate Travel Agent

Job Summary

To support corporate clients, the remote Corporate Travel Agent will arrange and book domestic and international travel, ensuring compliance with travel policies while providing exceptional customer service during scheduled hours.

Key responsibilities

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers, both individuals and groups
• Conduct analysis and research on travel options, proactively anticipating traveler needs
• Utilize Sabre Global Distribution Systems (GDS) to book various travel accommodations

Required qualifications

• Native expertise in Sabre GDS
• Three to five years of experience in corporate entertainment travel preferred
• Strong understanding of the travel industry, particularly in business and entertainment travel
• Ability to resolve customer issues quickly and independently
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
