Key Responsibilities

• Service inbound corporate and government travel requests
• Provide consultative service and ensure accurate bookings while adhering to corporate travel policies
• Maintain productivity and quality metrics, including customer experience evaluations

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of corporate travel selling experience
• 5+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the travel industry
• Proficiency in international travel bookings and processes
• Typing speed of at least 50 WPM
• Mastery in Sabre GDS and strong travel industry knowledge
