Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Travel Consultant to provide exceptional travel consultation services to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Service inbound corporate travel requests in a virtual call center environment
• Deliver extraordinary customer service and maintain accurate and timely reservations
• Secure the lowest rates available and utilize GDS low fare search capabilities

Required Qualifications

• Must pass GDS assessment and have a typing speed of at least 45 WPM
• 5 years of travel selling experience and 5+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the travel industry
• Exceptional travel industry knowledge and mastery in Sabre GDS
• Corporate travel experience with handling international bookings
• Ability to embrace change and demonstrate leadership among peers
