Corporate Travel Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Travel Consultant to provide professional travel service assistance to corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a travel expert for contracted corporate clients, ensuring compliance with travel policies
• Conduct fact-finding interviews to determine travel needs and secure cost-effective arrangements
• Maintain tracking of operational queues and provide updates to client organizations regarding travel status

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 1-3 years of related experience or equivalent education and experience
• At least 2 years of experience in arranging domestic and international travel using Global Distribution Systems
• Ability to learn new processes and apply them effectively to meet client needs
• Knowledge of GDS, airline travel sites, and online booking tools
• Outstanding interpersonal and relationship skills
