Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Travel Consultant to provide exceptional travel consultation services to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Service inbound corporate travel requests in a virtual call center environment
• Provide consultative service and complete reservations accurately and timely
• Maintain productivity and quality standards while securing the best available rates

Required Qualifications

• Must pass GDS assessment and have mastery in Sabre GDS
• 5 years of travel selling experience and 5+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the travel industry
• Corporate travel experience with knowledge of international travel bookings
• Typing speed of at least 45 WPM
• Exceptional customer service approach and ability to handle multiple accounts
