Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Travel Consultant to provide travel consultation services to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Service inbound corporate travel requests in a virtual call center environment
• Provide consultative service and complete reservations accurately and timely
• Maintain productivity and quality metrics while securing the best available rates

Qualifications

• 5 years of travel selling experience
• 5+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the travel industry
• Mastery in Sabre GDS and excellent travel industry knowledge
• Experience in international travel bookings and corporate travel
• Typing speed of at least 45 WPM and must pass GDS assessment
