Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Travel Consultant to provide professional travel service assistance to corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a travel expert for contracted corporate clients, ensuring adherence to travel policies and high-quality arrangements
  • Conduct fact-finding interviews to ascertain travel needs and secure cost-effective travel arrangements using various travel systems
  • Maintain tracking of operational queues and provide updates to clients regarding travel status and necessary information
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED with 1-3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in arranging domestic and international travel using Global Distribution System Apollo
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in arranging group travel
  • Proven ability to learn new processes and apply them effectively
  • Experience with GDS, airline travel sites, and online booking tools
