Corporate Travel Consultant

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Dedicated Overnight Corporate Travel Consultant will arrange domestic and complex international travel for executives, providing exceptional customer service while managing bookings and ensuring compliance with corporate travel policies during a rotating overnight schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate air, hotel, car, and ground transportation bookings for domestic and international travel
• Build rapport with business travelers to ensure their travel needs are met by a trusted team
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of reservations while delivering consultative support throughout the booking process

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent experience in corporate travel management
• In-depth familiarity with Sabre GDS for fare calculations and itinerary management
• Proficiency in ticketing procedures and handling complex itinerary changes
• Ability to navigate and manipulate complex itineraries and Passenger Name Records (PNRs)
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and adapt to new technologies
