Job Summary
Providing quality customer service to corporate clients, the full-time Corporate Travel Consultant will manage travel requests, process reservations, and ensure client satisfaction while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to client requests and inquiries through various communication channels in a call center environment
- Process reservations for airline, rail, car, hotel, and limo services in accordance with client requests
- Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) to fulfill travel requests and advocate for client needs
Required qualifications
- Minimum of four (4) years' corporate travel experience
- Advanced knowledge of the Sabre reservation system
- Knowledge of travel agency operations
- Ability to work shifts to cover extended hours
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
