Corporate Travel Consultant

Job Summary

Providing quality customer service to corporate clients, the full-time Corporate Travel Consultant will manage travel requests, process reservations, and ensure client satisfaction while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client requests and inquiries through various communication channels in a call center environment
• Process reservations for airline, rail, car, hotel, and limo services in accordance with client requests
• Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) to fulfill travel requests and advocate for client needs

Required qualifications

• Minimum of four (4) years' corporate travel experience
• Advanced knowledge of the Sabre reservation system
• Knowledge of travel agency operations
• Ability to work shifts to cover extended hours
• Proven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
