Corporate Travel Consultant

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic team, the full-time Corporate Travel Consultant will provide exceptional travel consultation services, manage bookings for domestic and international travel, and ensure compliance with corporate travel policies while working remotely from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Service inbound corporate and government travel requests with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Book accurate air, car, and hotel reservations while adhering to corporate travel policies
• Maintain productivity and quality standards, ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication and support

Required qualifications

• 5 years of corporate travel selling experience
• 5+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the travel industry
• Proficiency in international travel bookings and processes
• Typing speed of at least 50 WPM
• Mastery in Sabre GDS and exceptional travel industry knowledge
