Corporate Travel Consultant

Job Summary

Responsible for managing all aspects of travel for clients, the full-time Corporate Travel Consultant will utilize Sabre to book and issue domestic and complex international travel arrangements while providing excellent customer service in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Book and issue airline, hotel, car, and other reservations using Sabre, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Communicate with clients to determine travel needs and provide travel expertise, including sending quotes for international travel
• Maintain account knowledge and adhere to company policies and procedures while meeting outlined KPIs

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 2 years of experience booking domestic and international travel, with complex international experience preferred
• Experience using a GDS system, specifically Sabre; Amadeus experience is a plus
• Understanding of federal travel regulations, including the Fly America Act and Open Skies Agreement
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and the ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously
