Corporate Travel Consultant

Job Summary

Offering a remote full-time opportunity, the Corporate Travel Consultant will manage inbound corporate travel requests, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure accurate and timely reservations while utilizing Galileo GDS.

Key responsibilities

• Service inbound corporate travel requests in a virtual call center environment
• Provide consultative service to travelers and travel arrangers throughout the booking process
• Secure the lowest air/car/hotel rates available at the time of booking while maintaining productivity and quality expectations

Required qualifications

• Must pass GDS assessment
• Typing speed of at least 45 WPM
• 5 years' travel selling experience
• 5+ years' customer service experience, preferably in the travel industry
• Mastery in Galileo GDS
