Job Summary

As a full-time Corporate Travel Consultant working remotely or in a hybrid capacity for those based in Sydney, the successful candidate will manage travel reservations for corporate clients, ensuring compliance with travel policies and regulations while providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Search and confirm travel reservations for corporate clients using various communication modes
• Provide consultation on client travel policies and fulfill requests regarding necessary regulations
• Review operational processes and suggest improvements to enhance client relationships

Required qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years' experience as a travel agent in a travel management company
• Mid to advanced level skills in GDS Sabre
• Solid working knowledge of travel industry policies, procedures, and processes
• Full working rights in Australia
• Willingness to adjust roster start and finish times as needed
