Corporate Travel Consultant
Job Summary
Offering a full-time remote opportunity, the Corporate Travel Consultant will manage inbound corporate and government contractor travel requests, providing best-in-class travel consultation and ensuring compliance with corporate travel policies while utilizing Sabre GDS for booking domestic and international air, car, and hotel reservations.
Key responsibilities
- Service inbound corporate and government contractor travel requests with enthusiasm and extraordinary customer service
- Complete accurate and timely reservations while adhering to corporate travel policies and federal travel requirements
- Maintain productivity and quality goals, measured by transactions per month and customer service performance
Required qualifications
- 5 years of travel selling experience and customer service experience, preferably in the travel industry
- Expertise in international travel bookings and processes
- Typing speed of at least 50 WPM
- Mastery of Sabre GDS and strong travel industry knowledge
- Corporate travel experience required; government contractor experience preferred
