Corporate Travel Consultant

Job Summary

Experienced in corporate travel management, the full-time Corporate Travel Consultant will provide exceptional travel consultation services, including quoting and booking domestic and international travel reservations while adhering to corporate policies, all in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Service inbound corporate travel requests in a virtual call center environment
• Deliver extraordinary customer service and consultative support throughout the booking process
• Secure the lowest available rates for air, car, and hotel reservations while maintaining productivity and quality standards

Required qualifications

• 5 years of travel selling experience and 5+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the travel industry
• Mastery of Sabre GDS, including formats, shortcuts, and pricing
• Experience in international travel bookings and corporate travel policies
• Typing speed of at least 45 WPM
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
