Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Corporate Travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day guidance and coaching to the travel agent team to optimize performance
• Monitor quality, expense management, and productivity to enhance operational efficiency
• Support client satisfaction by acting as the primary contact for operational inquiries and ensuring program success

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in the travel industry
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role; experience may substitute for education
• Proficient in designated GDS and strong knowledge of international travel
• Ability to identify root causes and create process improvements
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word and Excel
