Job Summary
Leading a team of travel agents, the full-time Manager, Corporate Travel will provide coaching and development, implement strategic plans for customer service excellence, and ensure operational efficiency while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Guide and develop the travel agent team to drive performance and achieve departmental goals
- Monitor quality and productivity metrics, implementing process improvements to enhance service delivery
- Act as the primary contact for operational inquiries, collaborating with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in the travel industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Proficient in designated GDS and strong knowledge of international travel
- Ability to create process improvements and effectively manage escalated customer service issues
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including the ability to analyze data and create documents
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including conflict resolution and change management skills
