Job Summary
A company is looking for a Corporate Travel Agent, Online Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist callers with online product questions and ticketing queues
- Manage reservations including cancellations, ticketing, and profile modifications
- Update company sites and travel policies as needed
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Experience in the corporate travel or customer service industry
- Recent experience with Sabre systems is required
- Knowledge of managed online booking systems (e.g., Concur, DEEM) preferred
- Familiarity with corporate travel programs and terminology
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently
