Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Travel Agent, Online Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist callers with online product questions and ticketing queues
  • Manage reservations including cancellations, ticketing, and profile modifications
  • Update company sites and travel policies as needed
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Experience in the corporate travel or customer service industry
  • Recent experience with Sabre systems is required
  • Knowledge of managed online booking systems (e.g., Concur, DEEM) preferred
  • Familiarity with corporate travel programs and terminology
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently
