Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Corporate Travel Online Support Agent will assist callers with online product inquiries, manage ticketing queues, and update company online sites while providing exceptional customer service in the corporate travel industry.
Key responsibilities
- Assist callers with online product questions, including flight, hotel, and car reservations
- Manage ticketing queues and issue online tickets while addressing reservation changes and cancellations
- Update and modify company online profiles and settings as requested
Required qualifications
- Experience in the corporate travel industry or customer service
- Recent experience with Sabre systems is required
- Knowledge of managed online booking systems (e.g., Concur, DEEM) is preferred
- Familiarity with corporate travel programs and terminology
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple complex projects concurrently
