Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate airline, hotel, and rental car reservations for employees and new hires
  • Research cost-effective travel options while ensuring compliance with corporate policies
  • Support meeting logistics and manage online booking tool issues
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training preferred
  • 2-5 years of experience in corporate travel coordination or administrative support
  • Experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS), preferably Sabre
  • Familiarity with online booking tools for corporate travel
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
