Corporate Travel RFP Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Travel Sales RFP Specialist to develop high-quality proposals for RFPs and RFIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and manage responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs
• Customize proposal responses to align with client requirements and ensure timely submission
• Track proposal activity and identify opportunities for process improvement

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in proposal writing or bid management, preferably in global business travel management
• Experience supporting cross-functional revenue teams in structured bid environments
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with proposal management tools (e.g., Responsive/RFP software)
