Key Responsibilities
- Manage urgent ticketing queues, ensuring all PNRs are cleared before shift handover
- Contact carriers for ticket openings and waivers as needed
- Conduct research on travel industry changes to stay updated on ticketing duties
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 years of corporate travel consultant experience
- Ability to learn and apply new processes effectively
- Knowledge of Galileo & Travelport+ GDS
- Experience with airline travel sites and online booking tools
