Key Responsibilities
  • Manage urgent ticketing queues, ensuring all PNRs are cleared before shift handover
  • Contact carriers for ticket openings and waivers as needed
  • Conduct research on travel industry changes to stay updated on ticketing duties
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum 3 years of corporate travel consultant experience
  • Ability to learn and apply new processes effectively
  • Knowledge of Galileo & Travelport+ GDS
  • Experience with airline travel sites and online booking tools
