Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Corporate Travel - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Support front line staff and management by overseeing staff development, work distribution, training, and customer engagement
• Prepare management reports, audit data for accuracy, and identify process improvements based on service analysis
• Resolve customer issues promptly, manage team communications, and facilitate meetings for performance management and process updates

Required Qualifications

• Strong international travel background
• Minimum of ten (10) years' experience using Sabre GDS
• Experience with Compleat is required
• Solid travel advisor skills with a focus on process improvement
• Superior interpersonal skills
