Job Summary
A company is looking for a GCM Client Administrator IV - Loan Agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee client relationships and recommend services for institutional and corporate trust accounts
- Assist senior account representatives in revenue-generating activities and manage daily client strategies
- Foster and maintain relationships with clients and internal/external service partners, resolving issues as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience with direct client contact, or a combined minimum of 6 years' higher education and/or work experience
- Strong focus on customer service and satisfaction
- Experience working in a team environment
- Self-confidence and strong interpersonal skills to build trust with clients
- Advanced analytical ability and knowledge of corporate policies and procedures
