Job Summary

A company is looking for a GCM Client Administrator IV - Loan Agency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee client relationships and recommend services for institutional and corporate trust accounts
  • Assist senior account representatives in revenue-generating activities and manage daily client strategies
  • Foster and maintain relationships with clients and internal/external service partners, resolving issues as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience with direct client contact, or a combined minimum of 6 years' higher education and/or work experience
  • Strong focus on customer service and satisfaction
  • Experience working in a team environment
  • Self-confidence and strong interpersonal skills to build trust with clients
  • Advanced analytical ability and knowledge of corporate policies and procedures
