Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Legal Counsel for Corporate Trust (Remote Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities

• Review and comment on structured finance documents, escrow agreements, and other transaction documentation
• Advise on post-closing administrative duties and legal issues within the Corporate Trust department
• Maintain expertise on compliance matters and collaborate with management on new opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Must have a Juris Doctorate or equivalent
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents
• Experience responding effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints
