Job Summary

Corporate Trust Manager provides full-time remote support as the main point of contact for complex trustee clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and managing administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary liaison for clients, addressing complex administrative issues and requests
  • Review transaction structures and legal documents to ensure compliance and operational accuracy
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage and administer client accounts effectively
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in corporate trust or a related field
  • Experience with billing, transaction closing, and cash/investment transactions
  • Familiarity with debt service calculations and compliance review processes
  • Ability to negotiate document provisions in partnership with legal teams
