Job Summary
Corporate Trust Manager provides full-time remote support as the main point of contact for complex trustee clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and managing administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison for clients, addressing complex administrative issues and requests
- Review transaction structures and legal documents to ensure compliance and operational accuracy
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage and administer client accounts effectively
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in corporate trust or a related field
- Experience with billing, transaction closing, and cash/investment transactions
- Familiarity with debt service calculations and compliance review processes
- Ability to negotiate document provisions in partnership with legal teams
