Key Responsibilities

• Lead and provide direction to a team of Corporate Trust Associate Relationship Managers
• Manage complex client relationships and resolve administrative issues
• Oversee the servicing of institutional/corporate trust accounts and ensure compliance with legal and operational requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 7 years of relevant experience in client relationship management
• Strong networking skills and ability to establish strategic contacts
• Demonstrated strategic and critical thinking abilities
