Job Summary

A company is looking for an Afterhours Corporate VIP Travel Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Make travel arrangements for clients, ensuring adherence to company procedures and guidelines
• Provide exceptional customer service to VIP clients, including C-level executives, throughout the booking process
• Stay informed about airline regulations and industry requirements to ensure accurate travel arrangements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of travel agency experience, with proficiency in the Sabre CRS system
• Experience in corporate travel and international bookings
• Ability to work holidays and maintain regular attendance
• Exceptional customer service skills, particularly with high-profile clients
• Proficiency in GDS systems and strong knowledge of geography related to travel destinations
