Job Summary

Providing exceptional service to high-end clients, the full-time Corporate VIP Travel Consultant will manage travel arrangements, ensuring seamless support and adherence to company guidelines in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Make travel arrangements with authorized vendors, securing the best fares for clients' needs
• Deliver extraordinary customer service to VIP clients and their administrative staff, ensuring a professional demeanor at all times
• Stay informed on airline regulations and industry requirements to accurately apply this knowledge in travel bookings

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of travel agency experience, with proficiency in the Sabre CRS system
• Expertise in international travel bookings and processes
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple complex requests simultaneously
• Experience working with C-level executives and understanding their travel preferences
• Exceptional customer service skills, particularly in the travel industry
