Correspondent Account Executive

Job Summary

To support the growth of the correspondent channel, the full-time Correspondent Account Executive will develop and manage relationships with correspondent mortgage lenders while providing tailored solutions and exceptional service in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with correspondent lenders
• Train and educate partners on programs, processes, and technology
• Drive funded loan production and monitor loan deliveries

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in mortgage or related industry sales
• Proven success in account management or business development roles
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven with a focus on customer service
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• College degree or equivalent work experience preferred
