Job Summary
Ensuring compliance with internal policies and investor requirements, the full-time Correspondent Credit Auditor will conduct detailed reviews of closed loan files, manage pipeline reports, and maintain communication with customers while working onsite.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct detailed reviews of loan files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with agency standards
- Respond to lender status calls and coordinate special file needs with internal staff
- Manage pipeline reports to ensure data accuracy and consistent file movement
Required qualifications
- 3-4 years of mortgage industry experience, with a minimum of 2 years as an Underwriter
- Strong competency in reviewing and signing off underwriting conditions
- Proven experience in customer service-focused roles
- Byte system experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
