Job Summary

A company is looking for a Correspondent Purchase Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Review Closing Disclosure fees and signed loan documents for compliance
Add conditions based on loan document reviews and oversee loan pipelines
Communicate with internal and external partners regarding outstanding items

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of two years' experience in Closing and Funding
Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws, including TRID regulations
Competence in servicing transfers and familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Knowledge of lending guidelines for multiple states is a plus
