Correspondent Suspense Representative II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Correspondent Suspense Representative II.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage regional inbox and communicate with correspondent customers and sales/internal partners regarding acceptable cures for conditions
• Determine acceptability of documentation submitted to cure conditions and ensure loan is eligible for purchase
• Train, mentor, and audit Suspense and/or Loan Review staff

Required Qualifications:

• HS Diploma, GED, or Foreign Equivalent
• Two years' experience in post-closing review or correspondent suspense
• Knowledge of Post Closing Compliance Review
• Experience working in a measured production environment
• Business hours Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm EST
