Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposals/Cost Account Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Generate detailed proposals for the semiconductor fab division
Optimize and standardize the proposal process and automate bid generation
Monitor budget and develop Estimate at Complete (EAC) and Earned Value Management (EVM) reports

Required Qualifications

University degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3 years of experience
Experience in Bids, Proposals, Cost Account, Finance, and/or Project Management
