Cost Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cost Accountant to support the Operations function in Global Manufacturing performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support leaders in Operations with expense analysis and variance explanations
• Develop and maintain cost accounting systems, documentation, and records
• Assist in inventory cycle counts and preparation of the annual Manufacturing and Supply Chain Budget

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 2 years of Cost Accounting experience in a complex manufacturing environment
• Ability to lawfully work within the US with unrestricted work authorization
• Hands-on experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems
• Understanding of manufacturing operations and basic Bill of Material (BOM) structures
