Cost Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cost Accountant (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly close processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Prepare monthly/quarterly costing and inventory reports and conduct variance analysis
• Coordinate with lab personnel and support inventory counts and cost updates

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required
• 2+ years of experience in accounting
• Experience with Microsoft Office Products, especially Excel
• Ability to learn necessary computer programs quickly
• Strong organizational skills
