Key Responsibilities

Represent Operations Finance in a global SAP S/4HANA implementation project
Partner with ERP project managers, IT, supply chain, and logistics teams for seamless integration
Lead process documentation and design discussions for current and future state processes

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Operations Finance or Cost Accounting within manufacturing environments
Experience in semiconductor or complex manufacturing industries
Strong understanding of manufacturing cost flows and inventory accounting principles
Business-first mindset with the ability to collaborate across teams
Prior experience acting as a finance SME during ERP transformations is a plus
