Cost Accounting Manager

Job Summary

Managing the consolidation and analysis of global inventory and cost of sales, the full-time remote Cost Accounting Manager will oversee inventory accounting, manage outsourced provider relationships, and perform complex financial analyses using SAP and S4 HANA.

Key responsibilities

• Perform inventory accounting for manufacturing sites and manage the work of outsourced providers
• Analyze complex inventory movements and verify financial accuracy in SAP
• Prepare and review financial schedules, journal entries, and audit materials

Required qualifications

• Doctorate Degree, or Master's with 2+ years, or Bachelor's with 4+ years, or Associate's with 10+ years, or High School Diploma/GED with 12+ years of experience in general accounting
• 5+ years of experience in General, Intercompany, and Cost Accounting using SAP/S4 HANA
• Strong project management skills and experience in financial system optimization
• Knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Experience managing outsourced partner relationships
