Cost Analyst for Federal Health

Job Summary

Supporting a high-profile federal healthcare modernization initiative, the full-time remote Cost Analyst for Federal Health will manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis to ensure projects remain financially healthy and effectively support decision-making across complex technology programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project budgets, cost estimates, financial forecasts, and resource plans throughout the program lifecycle
• Monitor program expenditures and labor utilization to ensure projects remain within approved budgets
• Prepare recurring financial reports and performance metrics for Program Management Office (PMO) leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Three (3) years of experience in financial management, budgeting, cost analysis, or project controls for complex programs
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
• Experience with project budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and executive reporting
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Level 3 Public Trust clearance
