Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cost Analyst, Life Sciences, Project & Development Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project cost reports, evaluating actual and forecasted costs against budgets
• Provide detailed analysis on cost risks, issues, and mitigations to project stakeholders
• Assist in developing project estimates, accruals, and cost management procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field
• 3 or more years of related experience in cost management for capital projects
• Direct experience in complex, matrixed environments
• Expertise in Excel and experience within the construction industry; life sciences experience preferred
• Exemplary communication skills
