Cost Analytics Manager

Job Summary

Focusing on accuracy and rigor in costing and quoting complex customer solutions, the full-time remote Cost Analytics Manager will manage and refine cost models, improve quoting accuracy, and provide commercial insights to support sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a data-driven methodology for managing and projecting solution costs
• Improve the accuracy of quoting systems and partner with sales teams to develop complex customer proposals
• Provide cost and margin insights to inform pricing decisions and contribute to revenue targets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience in cost analysis, pricing, or financial/data analytics
• Strong quantitative skills, including building and maintaining cost or pricing models
• Experience supporting complex proposals in a B2B environment
• Ability to translate cost drivers into clear recommendations for non-financial stakeholders
