Key Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze cost-saving opportunities across programs and operations
• Develop and monitor cost containment initiatives, tracking savings and ROI
• Create financial models and design interactive dashboards to support data-driven insights

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare analytics or cost analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI and strong SQL skills
• Experience analyzing healthcare claims data and implementing cost-saving initiatives
• Understanding of public health principles and healthcare finance
