Key Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze cost-saving opportunities across programs, operations, and service delivery
• Develop and monitor cost containment initiatives, tracking savings and ROI
• Create financial models to project the impact of proposed interventions and policy changes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare analytics, public health, or cost analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI and strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis
• Experience analyzing healthcare claims data, utilization patterns, or program costs
• Understanding of public health principles, metrics, and program evaluation
