Cost Control Analyst II

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time salaried Program Cost/Schedule Control Analyst II will set up and manage cost control systems, monitor contract costs and schedules, and prepare financial analyses to ensure compliance with government guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain cost control systems, ensuring contracts adhere to negotiated parameters and government guidelines
• Prepare budgets, schedules, and program plans while conducting schedule risk assessments to mitigate cost and scheduling risks
• Maintain accurate records of expenditures and manage funding requests to ensure adequate funding availability

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of related experience with a proven ability to work independently
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel and intermediate proficiency in MS PowerPoint
• Strong understanding of financial accounts and cost/revenue drivers
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and company proprietary data
