Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time salaried Program Cost/Schedule Control Analyst II will set up and manage cost control systems, monitor contract costs and schedules, and prepare financial analyses to ensure compliance with government guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and maintain cost control systems, ensuring contracts adhere to negotiated parameters and government guidelines
- Prepare budgets, schedules, and program plans while conducting schedule risk assessments to mitigate cost and scheduling risks
- Maintain accurate records of expenditures and manage funding requests to ensure adequate funding availability
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of related experience with a proven ability to work independently
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel and intermediate proficiency in MS PowerPoint
- Strong understanding of financial accounts and cost/revenue drivers
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and company proprietary data
