Cost Control Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cost Control Manager responsible for managing construction budgets and collaborating with various stakeholders throughout project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine construction contract documents for compliance and evaluate contractors' requests
• Initiate purchase orders, manage change orders, and support the finance team with loan draw processes
• Conduct meetings with project teams to review pay applications and ensure adherence to timelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, finance, or accounting, or relevant professional experience
• Advanced knowledge of construction contract documents and change management
• Proficiency in financial and project management software (e.g., Workday, e-Builder, Procore)
• Seven or more years of experience in construction or project management
• Ability to lead and mentor others
