Cost Controls Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cost Controls and Estimating Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and validating Scopes of Work prior to acquisition
• Ensure required documentation and permits are collected and filed before project kickoff
• Support mid-project scope adjustments and documentation alignment

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in construction administration, permitting, or compliance coordination
• Experience supporting renovations or SFR operations
• Familiarity with NetVendor and SiteCapture
• Understanding of construction workflows and inspection checklists
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
