Job Summary
Cost Controls Specialist is a full-time position responsible for providing program analysis, process improvement, and metrics, while developing project plans and managing cost and schedule baselines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop project plans and create cost and schedule baselines
- Analyze variances and project performance, ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines
- Prepare and publish metrics and reports to drive project performance improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Science, Engineering, Finance, or Accounting
- 3+ years of experience in Project Controls, preferably in Chemicals, Petrochemicals, Oil & Gas, Automation, or Electronics Industry
- Experience with Cost Control, Scheduling (Waterfall/Agile/Lean/Scrum), and Time Management
- Knowledge of Finance & Cash Flow concepts and processes
- Familiarity with SAP systems and Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) such as EcoSys or Cora
